By working with me, you agree to ALL of the following posted rules in tangent with the artwork you purchased (including YCHs, Adoptables, collaborations, and commissions).
Please read and follow my TOS before contacting me for a commission.
I have every right to decline your commission for any reason.
Especially if the following apply:
●The design is too complicated.
●Your character has features that I am uncomfortable with.
PAYMENT:
●Payment is accepted via PayPal
●Payment must be received before the commission is started
●I will try to fix any mistakes on your commission, but I will not redo the commission.
●If you do not have payment ready, you are free to save up and hold your spot till you have the available funds. But I will not start the commission till I receive payment.
●Commissions usually take between a week to 4 weeks. Please do not rush me along.
●I start the process with a rough sketch, which will be sent to the client. You are then to tell me of any necessary changes or tweeks. Be honest, polite, and don’t be scared. From there, I will make the changes and show you once more, until you are happy with the changes.
●Lineart and coloring will be done once the sketch has been approved. No changes will be made after that.
●You may post your commission publicly, as long as credit is given.
●Written proof is needed for gifts. Send me a screenshot with the party member(s) involved stating "I give [your name here] permission to use my character."

CREDITING & REPOSTING:
● ALL ART THAT I CREATE MUST BE CREDITED TO ME WITH A LINK TO ANY OF MY ACCEPTED SOCIAL MEDIA. (Twitter, FA, or otherwise)
● I reserve the right to post the high resolution finished work to my Patreon.
● I reserve the right to publicly display, advertise, post, or not post, all of the art I create.
● I reserve the right to use any artwork I create, including commissions, for commercial purposes such as merchandise, though permission will still be asked.
● If you wish to keep a commission private, and not posted publicly on any of my social media or used for commercial purposes, I will charge an extra 30% on top of the total cost of the commission. I use
commissions to promote my work, and removing that removes my ability to reach new clients, support myself day to day, and grow as an artist.
● I have absolutely no problem with art re-posted to your page if you were the one who commissioned the piece or you own the character.
• Once you receive your commission it is respectful to wait until I have posted it to my page before you post to yours, though not required.
● If I have designed a character for you, you MUST credit me as a designer
